Music Video Of The Day: Fort Frances 'Chicago' (Sufjan Stevens Cover)

Sufjan Stevens' "Chicago" is a favorite 'round these part for obvious reasons but this cover by local rock act Fort Frances further highlights its warming beauty by stripping away, well, almost everything aside from the vocals and simple piano melody.

The footage of Lake Shore Drive that flickers in and out of the shot makes us feel like a bright, spring day is waiting for us just out the window…if only for a few minutes.

Fort Frances is preparing to release a new album in 2015. Hear new tracks during their headlining show at Lincoln Hall on December 12.
