As if the frigid weather wasn't enough of a reason to take part in some boozy holiday cheer, the folks at Analogue (2523 N. Milwaukee Ave.) want you to help celebrate their first birthday and new winter menu with a party on Dec 11. Enjoy $5 chicken sandwiches (which we love) and $2 Budweiser drafts during DJ sets by Bare Mutants, Clearance, and Analogue's own Lisa Nguyen.

You can also help yourself to one (or two, or five) of the new seasonal cocktails from Analogue's winter menu, which debuts Monday. Scan the list, and you'll see that the wintery names are just as cozy as the drinks themselves. Take the Cabin Fever, which pairs Rittenhouse Rye with hot Seedlings Farm Cider or the Twilight Campfighter, made with Letherbee Autumnal gin and pumpkin bitters. Whatever your spirit be, the drink list has got you covered. Owners Robby Haynes and Henry Prendergast call it their "strongest menu to date," so stop by Analogue to take them up on the challenge.
