We wrote about the insane pork feast that TETE's late night Choucroute Dinner's offers and the good news is they are doing more of them. The next is 9 p.m. Thursday Dec. 11 and there are still some seats available.

This time the guest chef is Matthias Merges (Yusho, Billy Sunday, A10) who will prepare half the pig from Epiphany Farms. The other half will be prepared by TETE's team.

Tickets are $85 and include all food and wines by Candid Wines. All proceeds go to buy toys to be donated to Lurie Children’s Hospital for Christmas. Call TETE at 312-733-1178 to reserve a spot.
