Music Video Of The Day: Ha Ha Tonka 'Lessons'
By Lisa White in Arts & Entertainment on Dec 18, 2014 11:20PM
We've long been fans of many of the artists on the Bloodshot Records roster here at Chicagoist, but one of my personal favorites will always be Ha Ha Tonka. The boys from the Ozarks sure put on a helluva live show and have some of the smoothest harmonies around. Last week they debuted the video for their more low key, mellow title track of their latest album. It's a softer side compared to their rousing cover of "Black Betty" that made me smitten with them so many years ago, but it just shows the wide variety their talent covers. Enjoy the track below.
Since you apparently can't watch music videos on television anymore, we'll showcase one here daily. There's no rhyme or reason, time or season, to which video we'll choose. Have a suggestion? Contact us at tips@chicagoist.com.
