Pencil This In: Smith Westerns At Lincoln Hall

Fans of Smith Westerns have one final chance to catch the band's blend of ethereal power-pop before they break up go on "indefinite hiatus" with this all-ages show at Lincoln Hall 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23. Frontman Cullen Omori explained why the band is hanging it up to the Reader last week and, while the "indefinite hiatus" tag leaves the door open, this sounds more like a band that ran out of gas too fast. Tickets are still available as of post time online. (2424 N. Lincoln Ave.)
