Kuma's Corner's First Burger Of The Month For 2015 Is...

2015 will surely mark another year in deliciousness for Avondale metal burger bar Kuma's Corner, if their first burger of the month for the new year is any indication. That's because, according to the Kuma's Facebook page, the burger of the month for January is named after White Zombie. All the 90s metal kids say, "yeaaaaahhhhhh." (Incidentally, White Zombie's classic fourth album of horror-tinged industrial groove metal, Astro Creep 2000, turns 20 in April. Oh lord, we're old.)
So what's the White Zombie got between the buns? Besides the burger patty, which is 10 ounces, there's "Smoked Duck Bacon, White Cheddar, Trio of Sautéed Mushrooms, White Truffle Aioli, Fried Shallot."
