Today's Weather: Don't Cry

There is a wind chill warning in effect and a winter storm advisory for tonight as we're expecting between three and six inches of snow. So winter is here. All the same, we don't need to hear any griping, we don't need to see screengrabs of your smartphone weather apps or the temperature reading on your dashboards and we especially don't need to see your "boil water and throw it outside" videos, because you only wind up scalding yourselves and you don't want that on the Internet waiting to go viral.
All you need is to don some warm clothing and keep plenty of bourbon and bacon in stock and you'll make it through the week. Especially since the overnight lows will be much colder than tonight. It's winter in Chicago; we know how to make the most of it.
