Today's Weather: Yesiree!

Some of you may want to don shorts and sandals when you head outside today, but the weather has been a sort of Seattle mild for much of the month. The difference with today—and you've seen this if you've been awake for a while—is the sun is threatening to make its presence felt. That should happen in the afternoon and make the highs near 40 degrees feel just a little bit warmer, even with the winds blowing from the northwest.
That sunshine will be fleeting as snow is expected to arrive overnight and into Sunday morning. Skilling Central predicts some areas will receive as much as five inches. And it's going to get gusty Sunday, folks, so bundle up,
