Peterson Garden Project has been teaching people how to grow and cook their own food for years and they'll be able to do so much more now that their Fearless Food Kitchen (5917 N. Broadway) is open.

Come visit and celebrate the giant (3,000 sq ft!) kitchen 6 p.m. Saturday Jan. 31 with a meal cooked by chefs like Erling Wu-Bower (Nico Osteria) and Patty Neumson (Herb Restaurant). Besides the meal there will be music, an auction, entertainment and an open bar. Tickets are $125 and the proceeds go to support the project.
