It's Another Snowy Day In Chicago

As Chicago continues to dig itself out from Sunday's blizzard (three days ago? Come on Chicago!) we're still hearing about side streets and schools not being plowed or dug out around the city. Things have gotten so bad (or Rahm's so desperate to avoid getting Bilandic'ed) that Streets and San is actually using rented equipment to supplement snow removal operations. Nonetheless, that didn't stop the plows from cruising past 14th Ward Ald. Ed Burke's house. Five times!
