This winter seems to be the one that has finally pushed Chicagoans to the breaking point when it comes to confronting neighbors about two winter mainstays: un-shoveled walks and dibs. While there is plenty of action you can take to battle the former issue, it appears that the stakes in the latter problem have just been raised ... by the Dibs Hustler!
