Music Video Of The Day: Kaki King 'Battle Is A Learning'

One of the best guitar players around is stopping in town this week at Lincoln Hall and amazingly, as of post time, there are still some tickets left for the show. Kaki King has been a guitar virtuoso crafting up intricate melodies for years but with her new tour she is pushing herself even further as an artist.

After a successful Kickstarter last year, King has brought to life The Neck is a Bridge to the Body. Matched up with King's music are projections from Glowing Pictures, the guitar being the focus and the visuals splashed across its body to tell a tale of creation. This isn't the first time King has matched up her sonic art with the visual, so expect a deeply creative and original show at Lincoln Hall this Wednesday. King also just announced last week that local grime pop act Celine Neon will be opening for her. We've enjoyed their catchy brand of pop and visually they've released a bevy of unique videos so make sure to get there early to enjoy their set as well.
