Do This: A Soul Food Class With Peterson Garden Project

By Melissa Wiley in Food on Feb 17, 2015 8:00PM

Through the Taste Test series, a partnership with the Peterson Garden Project and LTH Forum, an upcoming soul food class will demonstrate the art of cooking ham hocks, collard greens and buttermilk cornbread with a BYOB dinner to follow. The class will take place at Broadway Armory Park from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, and you can register here. Consider this your recompense for missing Fat Tuesday in the Big Easy.
