February May Be Cold, But It's Also Beautiful In This Video

Someone should name Colin Hinkle Chicago's official remote-controlled aircraft videographer. While the rest of us bury deep into blankets and comforters and pray for May, Hinkle sends his drone high above Chicago's skies to capture the beauty we're cursing and remind us this month, which is on pace to be the second coldest February on record, is only temporary and the beauty in it is on the surface.
Some of our favorite shots here: The painted petrified trees at 31st Street Harbor standing out as a frozen oasis on the lakefront; the outdoor hockey players practicing; and the shots of other remote-controlled aircraft in action. Pee, peeps.
