Take A Look Inside Kerry Wood's $3.6 Million Lincoln Park Home

Former Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood earned over $70 million in his baseball career. What can that money buy? In 2005 it bought a three-story, Beaux Arts style home in Lincoln Park for $3.325 million. Now the Woods are looking to sell it and have listed the property at $3.595 million.

Built in 2005 by luxury homebuilder BGD&C, the mansion has four full baths, two half-baths, three fireplaces, a butler's pantry, a family room on the lower level, a great room with French doors that opens to a raised back patio and a roof deck atop the garage.

In 2010, the Woods previously paid $4.6 million for a Tudor Revival-style mansion in Winnetka that was a fixer-upper with a cracked foundation and in need of a lot of work. They sold that property two years ago at a loss.

It isn’t known if the Woods have moved or plan on relocating. Take a look inside their home.
