Today arrives with a sense of finality. Or maybe not. It's up to you. Remember, a low voter turnout benefits the incumbent. If you're in the "anyone but Rahm" camp but stay home because Chuy, Bob, Willie and Dock didn't excite you, you may as well be voting for the mayor.

At least the weather is cooperating enough for you to head to the polls in relative comfort. It's windy outside currently but those winds are from the southwest, which means mild air and highs in the upper 20s today. Those winds shift to the west tonight and could bring some overnight flurries before sending us back into Hades with Persephone.

Vote.
