Celebrate National Puppy Day With Some Cute Chicago Rescue Pups

By Lisa White in Arts & Entertainment on Mar 23, 2015 8:30PM

Today is a holiday that is better than most holidays combined: National Puppy Day! The day was established to educate and encourage people to adopt their next furry friend, and what better way to celebrate than by showcasing a selection of too cute pups from Chicagoland's rescue groups.

Although we love all dogs, no matter the age, size or breed, any excuse to enjoy a gallery of adorable puppies is alright by us. There are many local rescue groups you can contact about bringing home your next best friend, but the ones we showcase today come from the following groups: One Tail at a Time, Alive Rescue, PAWS Chicago, Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue and Wright-Way Rescue. Happy Puppy Day!
