Don’t Fret at Publican Quality Meats 825 W. Fulton Market 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

PQM is open for dinner to celebrate the Jitrnice sausage, their collaboration with artist Don’t Fret that celebrates the artist’s Czech heritage and Chicago’s history as the “hog butcher for the world.” Prints and a charcuterie bar with ham, sausage, cheese and cured meat will be available. Reservations not required, first come first served.

Angel's Envy Dinner at The Brass Monkey

Angel’s Envy will host a five-course bourbon-paired dinner at this hot new West Loop restaurant. Tickets are $75, call 773-619-3434 to reserve.

Tiki Cocktail Class with Adam Seger at Lush

West Town: 412 W Chicago Ave. 6:00- 7:00 p.m.

Learn how to make your own tiki punchbowl for your parties with cocktail guru Adam Seger in this interactive class. You’ll learn while sipping on tiki cocktails, of course. The class is $40 per person and spots can be reserved by calling Lush at (312) 666-6900.

Dessert-Inspired Sweets at Katherine Anne Confections

A preview of the latest collection of confections, which are inspired by classic desserts such as baklava and carrot cake. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased online.

From Wisconsin With Love at The Dawson

730 W Grand Ave. 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Celebrate Wisconsin’s great outdoors camping culture with a 5-course menu with cocktail pairings in collaboration with Bittercube and Death’s Door Spirits.

Firkin Fest at Headquarters Beercade

River North- 213 W Institute Pl. 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Celebrate “real ale”, meaning cask-conditioned un-filtered unpasteurized uncarbonated beer (there will be some cider too) held in a container known as a firkin. 50 breweries, 50 firkins Grab a ticket for $75.
