Cooler By The Lake's Summer's Over was one of our favorite local releases of last year. The band specializes in over-the-top rock and roll anthems that work primarily because the band really believes in the power of a rock and roll anthem. There's no irony here, and that allows the songs to blossom and grow into music that feels exciting, honest and genuinely interested in fun.

When Rory Lake and the band decided to create a new video for the song "Not Innocent" off that album, it was decided to make this a truly communal affair. According to the band, "Rory Lake went to fiverr.com, found 17 strange and wonderful people from around the world, gave them each five bucks and a copy of "Not Innocent." Cameras rolled and this video is the result. Let's all get weird!"
