While the weather out is still wintery, The Promontory is offering this sublimely tropical coconut tart with passionfruit, rum cream, pineapple, kiwi and lime gel.
The new desserts at Publican also look like they are anticipating spring, with an airy kumquat ice cream cake made with sweet tea, vanilla almond, orange olive oil and whipped cream. They're also offering a milk chocolate custard with coffee streusel, black sugar coffee gelato and dark chocolate magic shell.
Pleasant House is once again offering its seasonal take on Peeps, made of totally adorable meringue.
