Video: Do The 'City Hall Shuffle' And Vote Tomorrow

By Lisa White in Arts & Entertainment on Apr 6, 2015 8:20PM

Tomorrow is the big day, Chicago. Election season has been leading up to this moment, as Chicagoans get out and cast their vote and elect the next mayor of our fine city (while also deciding on a few aldermen as well). So what better way to remind everyone to vote than by mashing up a reminder with another Chicago classic? Local musician Al Scorch offered up his talents for a public service announcement that is both catchy and oh-so-Chicago.

Besides the obviously amazing air sax solo, Scorch makes an important point that if you have trouble doing the City Hall Shuffle and are prevented from voting tomorrow, make sure to speak up and contact one of the numbers he mentions. Your vote matters so get out and do your civic duty tomorrow!
