Today's Weather: A Few April Showers

By Lisa White in News on Apr 29, 2015 1:10PM

We might have a few April showers capping off the month this afternoon, but overall Chicago will have a sunny day with highs in the mid 50s. The patchy frost some of us woke up to this morning isn't sticking around, as the mercury rises quickly from the mid 30s this morning. Some clouds move in for a partly sunny afternoon with the possibility of a few showers, some lingering into the evening hours.

Temperatures will drop and we'll have a chilly and partly cloudy evening across the area. Tomorrow we'll have even more mild temperatures with highs in the low 50s, but then we'll kick off May by hitting the 60 degree mark and warming back up. We're looking forward to a lovely first weekend of May.
