Today's Weather: A Hot Mess

We get more Miami vices today as conditions remain unseasonably warm and very humid (93%) for May in Chicago. Temps will top out at 82 degrees both inland and near the lake where there will be little relief. Overcast skies will also stick around for much of the day though we could get some breaks of sun.

Keep an eye on the skies by afternoon and evening though as we run the risk of some severe weather. A string of thunderstorms could produce downpours, large hail and damaging winds.
