Enjoy Forbidden Root Beers Paired With Arami's Japanese Cuisine

This fall Forbidden Root will open their brewpub on Chicago Avenue in West Town. In the meantime you can enjoy their beers in the same neighborhood paired with Arami's (1829 W. Chicago Ave.) food on Thursday June 11 starting at 7 p.m. Arami chefs Ajay Popli and Nelson Vinansaca have planned out a menu inspired by and paired with all of Forbidden Root's current brews, known for their fascinating botanical ingredients like wildflowers and roasted chestnuts.
