Weekend Playlist: Women's World Cup

The Women's World Cup is in full swing in Canada this weekend. The U.S. Women's National Team dominated in their first game against Australia, and though their second game against Sweden was scoreless, they played great.
The unfortunate truth is that despite the rigorous training and sheer athleticism of the players, the Women's World Cup is still not taken as seriously as the men's event. Just this week I had an Uber driver scoff at the mention of the Women's World Cup, before telling me that they may be good at soccer, but they can't be a fraction as good as the men. And this isn't just the case with soccer.
So, in honor of these truly amazing women, here is a playlist of some of their favorite warmup songs, as well as some other songs about badass ladies.
