Today's Weather: Monday Blues

We'll recover from the weekend with a hot and humid Monday and storms later to start a new week. Tropical air will spawn periodic thunderstorms later today, some severe that could bring hail, heavy downpours and damaging winds. Otherwise most of the day will be cloudy and hot, with highs in the upper 80s. Sounds like a repeat of last Monday, here's hoping the storms don't lead to the same flooding issues and tornado sirens.
Tonight expect more thunderstorms, some severe as well. Overall we've got another week heavy on the rain and clouds. Mother Nature really hates all of the softball leagues around town, eh?
