Today's Weather: Three Day Weekend Weather

We'll warm up and have sunny skies to enjoy over the long holiday weekend. Today will still be a bit cooler, with highs in the mid to high 70s, thanks to that pesky Canadian-sourced high pressure that continues to hang over our area. We'll have scattered clouds that will give way to sun later this afternoon.
The rest of the weekend will be full of sunshine and we'll finally see the mercury creep over 80 again. Tomorrow we'll have highs in the low 80s and clear skies to view all those fireworks. Sunday we'll heat up a bit more with plenty of sunshine before a few storms could move back into the area on Monday. Whether you're staying in the city or getting away for the weekend, have a safe and happy 4th!
