Today's Weather: Positively Glowing

By Selena Fragassi in News on Jul 19, 2015 3:05PM

What a difference a day makes. After yesterday's monsoons that caused nonstop downpours and even temporarily shut down the Pitchfork Music Festival, today fares far better for the show to go on. We'll see dry, sunny skies and more tolerable air conditions as a high pressure system locks down over the area reducing humidity levels.

Temperatures will still be warm and summery, though, topping out in the mid to upper 80s while broken clouds will provide a lot of sunshine. Areas south and east might see a few showers early, but the region will be drying out over the course of the day as we welcome a new week with more pleasant conditions.
