Today's Weather: Summer Breeze

Chicago is getting off to a sunny, warm start this morning with temperatures in the 70s and clear skies to help us keep that summer weekend vibe going for a little longer. The high temperature could end up feeling like 88 degrees by the early afternoon, but breezes and cloud cover could come in to keep things from getting too muggy.
As evening approaches, broken clouds, scattered thunderstorms, showers and cold winds could bring a cold front, if not outright rain, to parts of the city. After a couple of days in the glorious 80s to make us feel like it's summer in the city for the first time all year, we'll take that cool down.
