Today's Weather: Hot July

Today might feel like one of the warmer days of the year, but that it isn't saying much considering the July we've been having in Chicago. The morning is off to a warm start already, and the high temperature is likely to hit about 82 degrees by the afternoon and could feel like 87.
With temperatures in the low-to-mid 80s and an easterly wind cooling down the lakefront, expect a day that truly feels like summer—with sun, humidity, lake breezes and all.
