Night Market SAUCED Brings Street Food And Hip-Hop To Wicker Park Thursday

By Staff in Food on Aug 19, 2015 3:05PM

The popular traveling Night Market, SAUCED has set its next location this Thursday—and we're hoping this rain clears up in time, because this market is outdoors.

The Locallective Loft will host Overproofed II, a celebration of street art and street food in Wicker Park on Aug. 20. The festivities will take place both outdoors—in the paved pass off Milwaukee Avenue—and indoors at the Locallective Loft (1257 N. Milwaukee Ave.) from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Expect street food-style eats from Asian-fusion Hapa, donor kebab from Das Doner and grab a beer beer from Lagunitas. Peruse skate shops (Modest, Uprise Skate Shop), murals (Bunny XLV), and live painting exhibitions (Teel One, C3 PO, Walrus, Junk Yard Prints). The alternative hip-hop artist Show You Suck will headline the event with a live performance on the main stage and DJs will spin the rest of the night.

Admission to Overproofed II costs $10, and gets you both indoors and outdoors. Grab a ticket online or at the door.
