If you've been to Philadelphia and you didn't stop at Zahav, you're doing it wrong. The famed modern Israeli restaurant has gotten rave reviews in just about every food publication in the nation, for everything from its creative use of offal to it's perfect hummus.

Well, now you can get a taste without having to hop on a plane, since Zahav is coming to town.

For one night only, to celebrate the release of the new cookbook, Zahav: A world of Israeli Cooking, Chef Michael Solomonov will be taking over Cafe Spiaggia. Tomorrow, Oct. 13, at 7 p.m., Solomonov will cook up a four course feast, including hummus and pita with salatin, haloumi with cauliflower, fluke and kibbe naya, lamb shoulder, and new school konafi with labneh ice cream or tehina cookies.

The whole thing is $75, and there's also a book signing starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are available here.
