Photo: Bridgeport Police's Message To Residents: 'BEHAVE'

The 9th district police station has earned something of a reputation for the opinionated messages it posts on the station's board lately.

A few days prior to posting a slightly passive-aggressive message to Cubs fans, (and amid mounting criticism over the police department's record) the Bridgeport police station, at 3120 S. Halsted St., had this message for residents: "BEHAVE." Whether that message will help the police reverse the upward trending gun violence remains to be seen.
