Rick Bayless has been carefully expanding his Mexican food empire for years.

Now Frontera Fresco is heading to the Happiest Place on Earth. Bayless is opening a location at Disney Springs, a new outdoor retail and dining complex at Disney World in Florida, according to the Tribune.

The casual restaurant concept will include tacos, tortas, salads and of course, guacamole. The Chicago area currently has three Frontera Fresco locations: at Northwestern University in Evanston, at Macy's Old Orchard in Skokie and at Macy's State Street in the Loop.

The Disney location will be different than the more casual Chicago locations. There will be a walk-up window and table service with seating for 200 guests.

Chicago-based restaurants and chefs are taking over Disney Springs. Art Smith is opening a Florida-inspired restaurant called Homecoming: Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine and Gibsons Restaurant Group has been managing The Boathouse since it opened in the spring.

It's not Bayless' first time venturing out of the Chicago market, he also operates Red O restaurant in Los Angeles.
