To introduce the newest collaboration between New Belgium Brewing + Ben & Jerry's in Chicago, Mindy Segal, a James Beard Award-winning chef and the owner of Hot Chocolate Chicago, got a sneak peek of the deliciously tasty Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale and took it another step forward.

As she usually does, she took the Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale and put it into a blender along with a few ingredients to make a mouthwatering Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Malted & Beer Milkshake. The concoction was then paired with her famous Brownie Crinkle cookies, which are featured in her cookbook, Cookie Love. Check out the tasty collaboration:

Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale is available now at select retailers. Proceeds of the beer go directly to Protect Our Winters and the fight against global warming.
