Video: Hero Trolls Trump By Reading Book About Racism Mid-Rally

We've found a new hero. A woman in a prime spot just a few rows behind the Donald himself at Monday's campaign rally in Springfield spent a good part of the rally with her head buried in a book about racial aggressions.

The woman stood out while sitting among a crowd seemingly mesmerized by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's words. She didn't seem to care at all about the narcissistic speech being made in front of her, and could be seen taking a break from her book to check her phone and talking to the person next to her. You can spot her in the video below:

Then there's the best moment of all, when a Trump true believer taps her on the shoulder and presumably tell her to put her book down. She refuses. Being able to read what we want in public is one of the things that makes America great, after all:

The book, Citizen by Claudia Rankine, is about "mounting racial aggressions in ongoing encounters in twenty-first-century daily life and in the media," according to the publisher. A brilliant choice for a Trump rally. This woman deserves an award.

Maybe Trump fever is fading. He was booed at last night's Fox Business/Wall Street Journal GOP debate for insulting Ohio Governor John Kasich, who told him that his plan to deport millions was a "silly argument" and "not an adult argument".
