Photos: The Delicious Pastries At The New Baker Miller Location

We reported yesterday that the new Ravenswood Manor location of Baker Miller (which is now a cafe/restaurant, not a store) is opening this Saturday. But, aside from the sure-to-be-famous stuffed waffles, there wasn't a menu yet. Well, we got in touch with owner Dave Miller, who gave us a sneak peek at the offerings.

First up, they're going to be serving "dough-nots," which they teased recently on Facebook. Miller calls them "our answer to a donut," and they come in a few flavors. Milk and Cookies is made with malted milk custard and a homemade Oreo crumble. There's a "toast and jam" flavor, which Miller says tastes exactly what it sounds like. There's also a cinnamon sugar toast version and a maple cream version, which we're sure will blow Dunkin's maple glaze out of the water.

The already-famous "stuffles" (stuffed waffles) will be available in four flavors: pumpkin pie, cherries & cream, pimiento cheese and prosciutto, and herbed goat cheese with preserved lemon and sunflower seed.

There are also biscuits (or English Muffins, or a cross between) that will come in two varieties: Candied bacon, egg, and cheese or arugula, shaved Parmesan, egg and tomato jam.

In case you really have a hankering for their original location, but happen to be over in Ravenswood Manor, they'll be serving the same grits and oatmeal (oh god, that oatmeal) at the new location.
