A United Flight Skidded Off The Runway At O'Hare This Morning

A plane coming into Chicago from Seattle skidded off a runway at O'Hare International Airport on Wednesday morning. Thankfully, no one was injured.
United Flight 1977, a Boeing 737-900 plane, landed at 7:55 a.m. and slid off the end of Runway 27-Right, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spokesman Tony Molinaro told the Sun-Times.
The jet was arriving from Seattle and was being towed to a safe area following the incident.
The FAA is investigating.
