Obama Still Believes In Rahm, According To White House Chief Of Staff

In an appearance on NBC “Meet The Press,” White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough—who looks almost spookily like Bill Hader—said President Barack Obama still believes in Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
The clip above is less than a minute along, so that’s really all he says. His exact words were, “I think what the president sees is a city and a people of Chicago and a mayor of Chicago that continue to do very good work.”
This comes at a time when Rahm is running low on support. Many organizations, including the Chicago Teacher’s Union, are calling for his resignation, in light of the Laquan McDonald scandal.
