Rick Bayless's New Video Series Is An Homage To Taco Tuesday

Love Rick Bayless? Love tacos? If so, this is your lucky day, since the celebrity chef and Frontera Grill owner just announced a new web series devoted to tacos.

He posted a video earlier today announcing that, from now on, he'd drop a new recipe for tacos on us every Tuesday. They'll range from the traditional to the modern.

The first video in the series, also released today, is for chorizo-potato tacos. He suggests where to get the best chorizo, shows you exactly how to cook your potatoes, and assembles some (really delicious looking) tacos - all in about 5 minutes. This is definitely one worth subscribing to.
