If you’re into boxy, historic homes, you’re in luck! A four-bedroom Frank Lloyd Wright house in Beverly, the H. Howard Hyde House, is currently on the market for $619,000. It’s a mix of historic (built in 1917) and modern (rehabbed kitchen, new plumbing), according to its Estately listing.

Originally, it was one of Wright’s prefab American System-Built Homes, according to Curbed—affordable homes built with pre-made materials. It’s certainly become more affordable over time. Originally listed in July for $750K, it’s now back on the market with a list price that’s more than $100K lower after a three-month hiatus, Curbed reports.
