The notorious Facebook event to enlist Chicagoans to "relocate the Trump Tower to the Chicago River" in protest of Donald Trump's horrifying presidential run didn't actually dump the infamous skyscraper into the river today. But did they even stand a chance?
A clever reporter for Northwestern University's North by Northwestern decided to find out. Jason Mast interviewed nuclear physicist Dr. Arthur Schmidt, director of the school's undergraduate laboratory on the science behind the idea.
Dr. Schmidt says no, it is not possible. About 90 million people would have to show up to push which isn't even possible for a building that size.
His building is safe but it's no surprise that Donald Trump didn't respond to respond to Mast's requests for comment.
