Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton plans to ramp up her campaign in Illinois as the March 15th primary draws closer, the Sun-Times reports. Not only does Clinton plan to host a round of high-dollar fundraisers on Feb. 17, but the campaign plans to formally open an office. Early voting began in Illinois on Thursday, Feb. 4.

In a statement to Lynn Sweet, the campaign said its attempting to nail down those early votes:

“Starting last week people in Illinois have the chance to vote early to build the future that every hard-working American deserves. We need to elect a President who can do all parts of the job and who can keep Republicans from ripping away the progress we’ve achieved. I hope Illinoisans take the chance to get out and vote early in this election, because the stakes couldn’t be higher.”

Clinton is currently fighting a hard battle against Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for support for the Democratic nomination after a stunning near-tie at the Iowa caucuses last week. Currently, she is trailing in New Hampshire, where Sanders has a commanding 15 point lead, the Washington Post reports. Closer to home, Clinton leads Republican frontrunner and carnival barker Donald Trump in Illinois, but by a slimmer margin. According to the Huffington Post, an Illinois Observer poll gives Clinton a 9 percent edge of 36.5 percent in a head to head contest against the real estate mogul.

Clinton’s fundraisers start at four digits, with an afternoon event at the home of an investment banker beginning at $2,700, and a later afternoon event beginning at $5,400 per couple and going all the way up to $27,000. Hosts at the evening event, taking place at the swanky Venue One, are also expected to raise $27,000.
