This week will be the rare type of week that's both snowy and springy.

Already we got several powdery inches of snowfall on Sunday—which was a fun Valentine’s Day miracle or a sucky Valentine’s Day horrorshow, depending on how warm your boots were.

Forecasts predict more snow will fall today and/or Tuesday.

By the end of the week, though, all the snow will be melting. On Friday, temperatures are expected to surpass 50 degrees, ushering in a balmy (for February) weekend.

Not that Chicagoans even need warm weather to go swimming or run around basically naked.
