Now-former Tribune food writer Kevin Pang has spent the last year living the dream. His documentary, For Grace (about Chef Curtis Duffy and the creation of Grace Restaurant) has been winning award after award on the festival circuit. The film weaves together the opening of the Michelin 3-star restaurant with Duffy's (somewhat tragic, very compelling) biography in a way that turns food into a compelling narrative of life.
Well, Netflix fans, you'll be able to watch the film starting on Wednesday. Pang tweeted out the following announcement:
Super stoked to tell you our documentary @ForGraceFilm has been acquired by Netflix. We'll be on there Wednesday. pic.twitter.com/AIeLHZ29fy

Vulture's list of new things coming to Netflix in March confirms it. For Grace will be on Netflix this week alongside "Road Trip: Beer Pong" and "LEGO Friends: The Power of Friendship." In other words? Watch For Grace.
Here's a preview of the film.
