Window washers were rescued from a downtown high-rise Saturday afternoon after their scaffolding malfunctioned. The mishap caught the attention of throngs of St. Patrick's Day Parade goers, but first responders on the ground told Chicagoist that no one was injured.

The Fire Department responded to the scene around 12:20 p.m., at the 60 E. Monroe St. apartment tower, called the Legacy at Millennium Park. They used harnesses to rescue at least two dangling window-washers.
