By Mae Rice in Arts & Entertainment on Mar 29, 2016 4:42PM

Renowned musician and maybe even more renowned whistler Andrew Bird will play Millennium Park on Sept. 7, his reps announced Tuesday. He's slated to play the park's Pritzker Pavilion at 7 p.m.

Tickets to see Bird—who is from Lake Bluff, Illinois, so, welcome home Andrew!—will go on sale on April 8 at 10 a.m. Ticket prices will start at $22.50 for lawn seats, and run up to $57.50, according to the ticket sale site Bird's website links out to.

Anyone who buys a ticket will get a free digital download of Bird's new album, Are You Serious; $1 from the price of each ticket will also be donated to "prevent gun violence and build safer communities." If you need some Birdsong (ha sorry) to tide you over, you can stream Are You Serious on NPR's First Listen.
