As another baseball season gets into full swing, the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field are opening once again. The grass is cut, the metal detectors are set up (a new addition this year), and the marquee is hanging once again above Clark and Addison.

The signature sign was taken down over the winter and its old-school video display was updated. But as you can see from the time lapse video of its re-raising, the marquee still has that low-tech appeal.

The Cubs also showed off a new clubhouse, complete with glowing dividers between the players’ lockers that set the mood just right. For winning.

And while star Kyle Schwarber is out for the season, his home run ball from the Cubs’ National League Division Series against the Cardinals is now mounted where it landed on the right field video board.

Now it’s time to play ball.
