Late Wednesday night, a 21-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and robbed outside the Residence Inn Marriott in the Loop, authorities said. He was on his way to work.

At 11. p.m., the man was outside the hotel—located at 11 S. Lasalle St.—when a male assailant got out of a tan Ford Explorer, stabbed him, and stole his wallet.

The man suffered a small cut to the neck. After the incident, he went to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where was listed in good condition.
