Judging by the fact that every Protein Bar location seems to have lines stretching out the door every time we visit, Chicagoans like their vaguely ethnically-seasoned quinoa bowls. So it comes as no surprise that the massively successful healthy fast casual chain has opened a new concept. Thrive360, open now at 37 S. LaSalle St., features healthy wraps, salads and grain bowls, as well as some Protein Bar standbys.

The Thrive360 menu hits just about every healthy food buzztrend of the moment. There are superfoods, chia seeds, kombucha (on draft!), baked falafel, bone broth and cold pressed juices. It's easy to make fun of it, but given the loyal following and intense deliciousness of Protein Bar, we suspect that this new concept will do just fine. Prices are in line with Protein Bar, with most dishes coming in between $7 and $10, and there's a "build your own plate" option that combines proteins including tofu, chicken and beef with a variety of small sides and salads. Check out the full menu below. If you're a fan of Protein Bar's juices and smoothies, you can get a large selection of them at Thrive360.

Chicago Magazine reports that there will even be happy hour specials. No, not boozy ones. "Come June, Thrive360 will introduce healthy happy hours with kombucha flights and bites starting at 4 p.m. Just like a bar, but healthier."
